Due to the temperatures that dropped about a week ago I purchased a few warm and comfy things. It was super freezing cold which is unusual for Tampa. This time I'm going to be prepared when it gets cold again. :)
I got a black faux fur vest from Ebay and a faux leather jacket from Trendyfine. I think you can layer or match these both perfectly with almost anything.
This snapback hat is actually from my trip to Thailand. I fell in love with the pearls and daisy flowers on it. I found this hat at the Platinum Fashion Mall which is one of my favorite malls in Bangkok. To be honest I didn't buy too many fashion related items there, because it was more a family reunion and I was visiting all my relatives and exploring new places, but I was able to grab some beauty products while grocery shopping which I will post about after my Photo Diary.
These boots are just classic and I love them. My husband got the Timberland's, but mine are from Madden Girl by Steve Madden ( now we're matching :) ). I chose these because they look more narrow and feminine on my feet than all the other I tried on. In some I looked like I had clown shoes on.
I finally have found some time to publish my next blog post about my trip to Thailand in July/August. Can you remember when I was talking about a special dinner in my last post at Wat Saket?
This special family dinner at Yok Yor Restaurant, also in Bangkok, turned into a cruise along the Chao Phraya River. :)
They had a large selection of fresh seafood that you could order from the menu. When everything was ordered and served on the boat, the boat set seal. The food that we ate was authentic Thai and it was sooo delicious!
I recommend bringing you camera, because Bangkok looks totally different at night. Most of the sights like temples and palaces were illuminated by gorgeous lights. Here are some pictures that I took of some sights:
Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun)
Tha Ratchaworadit Royal Pier
Siriraj Hospital
Feel the nice and cool breeze and watch fancy boats go by.
Rama VIII Bridge
Overall, It was fun and I really enjoyed it. A big Thank you to my relatives who organized this for us!
